Organisation, management and control model

The AVR Group adopts an Organisation, Management and Control Model to strengthen and constantly monitor its organisational structure and internal control system. The aim is to prevent the commission of offences that may result in administrative liability for the Companies. Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics of each AVR Group company is a charter of moral rights and duties that lays down the ethical and social responsibilities of everyone involved in the company. Its binding provisions are a compass to guide everyone's conduct in a correct and responsible manner, even in the absence of specific and detailed rules. Code of Conduct

The Anti-Mafia Code of Conduct adopted by the AVR Group is a protocol for the prevention of organised crime and any form of influence on the Companies by mafia organisations; its application protects and enhances corporate integrity. The Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the guidelines that all AVR Group suppliers must comply with, to ensure a fruitful partnership within a virtuous and sustainable supply chain from a social, environmental and economic point of view.

AVR promotes a continuous commitment to the fight against corruption: relations with the Public Administration have always been based on transparency and fairness, and we adopt a system to combat and prevent both specific cases of corruption identified by law and broader phenomena of administrative mismanagement.
