Governance
The governance model adopted by the AVR Group is based on the history, values and principles that the various companies share, with the aim of increasing their stability, competitiveness and presence in Italy and in the Group's reference markets.
In the current structure of the parent company AVR S.p.A., to which all other operating companies report, a traditional system of administration and control has been chosen.
This is the executive body of the company and is vested with broad powers for the ordinary and extraordinary management of the company, with the authority to perform all acts necessary to achieve the corporate purposes.

Founded in 1987 and controlled by AVR since 2014, Teorema has always operated in the environmental sector: it has two platforms for the management of urban and industrial waste, both hazardous and non-hazardous, in the province of Bari, provides urban sanitation services for a catchment area of 200,000 inhabitants in Puglia and Lazio, and has distinctive experience in the environmental remediation of contaminated industrial sites and environmental protection measures.

Territorio Strade Ambiente S.r.l.
TSA S.r.l. is a company specialising in the construction, management and maintenance of
public and private green areas, both urban and extra-urban, and motorways. The aim is to ensure the health, appearance and safety of green areas using modern techniques and equipment.
To ensure a comprehensive and efficient approach to asset management, TSA performs a series of integrated activities in compliance with regulations, agricultural rules and the environment.
Furthermore, it manages public and private sports facilities, offering building management, surveillance, administrative and technical management services. The company operates mainly in Lombardy, has a staff of 80 employees and an annual turnover of some 5 million euro.
AVR Tech S.r.l
AVR Tech, a spin-off of the AVR Group founded in 2020, develops innovative technological products and services for public administrations and businesses. Starting from a deep knowledge of the market and the desire to verticalise the skills and expertise acquired in the IT sectors to support all the companies in the Group, it specialises in services and consulting in the field of technological infrastructure, web and mobile application development, GIS, BIM and MMS services with innovative, integrated and sustainable ad hoc solutions for facility management of territorial assets. It has also expanded its services to include civil
civil and road engineering services, such as surveillance and monitoring of the maintenance status of all infrastructure components,
including Level I and II inspections of engineering structures such as viaducts and bridges,
and the design, drafting of feasibility studies and investigation plans for road works.
It has a workforce of 23 and an annual turnover of some 2 million euro.

AVR S.A. is a Polish company established in 2011 and operating since 2012.
It is based in Krakow and has seven other operational branches in southern Poland. The company currently provides road and motorway management and maintenance services, as well as urban sanitation services (door-to-door waste collection and street cleaning) and urban green space maintenance services. Within the group, its mission is to develop in Poland the same activities that AVR S.p.A. carries out in Italy.
